    20-Hour Weekly Practice Limitation Compliance
Coaches are required to track and document practice hours each week to ensure compliance with the UHSAA 20-hour weekly practice limitation.
The LEA Designee shall certify compliance for each UHSAA-sanctioned sport and activity twice during each season: once at the midpoint of the season and again at the conclusion of the season.
Because cheer and drill participate across multiple sport seasons, the LEA Designee shall certify compliance six (6) times annually, corresponding with each sport season.
The LEA Designee’s certification confirms that the required weekly practice-hour documentation has been reviewed and that the program has complied with the UHSAA 20-hour weekly practice limitation.
