2026-2027 Baseball Moratorium Declaration (4-week window)

Please select your school’s preferred option for the 2026-2027 four-week window (originally set for Nov 12-Dec 13), baseball-specific moratorium. This is in addition to the two-week option that was already submitted by Aug. 1, 2026. The two windows will create a 6-week baseball specific moratorium. This form must be completed by Oct 1, 2026.

The Mandatory Four-Week Moratorium was:

Four-week moratorium: November 12 - December 13. You now have an option to split the four-week window into two two-week moratoriums.
